Defining SQL Azure Credentials

The following properties are applicable to a SQL Azure Credential object.

	Identity	Specifies the name of the account to be used when connecting outside the server
	Secret	Specifies the secret required for outgoing authentication
	Database Scoped	Specifies whether the credential is a database credential
	Generate	Specifies whether SQL query is generated during forward engineering

This object is supported only for Azure SQL Managed Instance.
